Scratch Coloring Technique
This is one of the coloring techniques kids can apply to make paintings.
Color a white paper into different rainbow stripes using crayons.
Then heavily color the whole page with black colored crayon.
Using a needle or any other pointed objects scratch pictures on the black paper.
The different rainbow colors will be visible as you scratch along.
You can make houses, trees, mountains and many such pictures.
One more technique which kids can use is the Blow the Color Technique.
Using a paintbrush drop thick colors on the paper.
Take a straw and blow through the wet colors thus making them take their own shapes.
A wonderful abstract painting is thus ready.
Kids can use their creativity and imagination in innovating new art and craft items.
