Fruit Curd Salad
Yoghurt- 3 cups,
Pomegranate seeds- 1 cup,
Sugar and salt as per taste.
Slice the fruits.
Mix sugar, salt and curd in a bowl.
Add the fruits and mix them well.
Garnish the salad with dry fruits.
Keep it in the fridge to cool.
This is a healthy recipe as it includes all the fruits which kids generally don’t show interest in eating.
